A Strategic Assessment is a balanced appraisal of a
company's opportunities, resources and strategic choices.
Some of the steps are interviewing customers, reviewing
documents, listening to an audio tape, interviewing
managers, supervisors, sampling of employees and key
vendors to get to know a client.
It also involves benchmarking against the best practices
from across the world. The idea is to compare against
the best in the world practices for initiating world-class
strategy execution.
